Good Morning Boys,
This is now your P.E.practical period.
Let's start with some warm up exercise.
Now let's start with the Yog Aasanas
1." Surya Namashkar"
Do all the 12 steps slowly and gently (breathe in and breathe out).
Do this 6 times after that
2. "Vriksha Aasana"
Do this Aasana with your right leg first and continue with the left also.
3. "Tadh Aasana "
Do this twice .
 Now,Lie down in" Makar Aasana "
4. Now the next Aasana is " Bhujang Aasana"
Do this Aasana twice to control your breathe.
5. Now the next Aasana is " Salabh Aasana "
Do this Aasana twice
6. Now the last Aasana is " Dhanur Aasana"
Do this twice with control of your breath.

1.Now Boy's you've to make a project file on "Sports you can play".
The report should be hand written and picture illustration ( color picture).
Make your project neat and tidy and as colorful as possible .
2. You've to make a record file separately.
The record file shall include :-
Practical 1. Fitness test administrator for all items
Practical 2. Procedure for Aasanas , benefits and contradication for any two Aasanas for each lifestyle  disease.
Practical 3. Procedure for administering senior citizens  fitness test for 5 elderly family members.
Practical 4. Any one game of your choice out of the list . Labelled diagram  of field equipment ( rules,  terminologies, and skills).

Basketball, football, kabaddi,kho-kho,volleyball, handball,hockey,Cricket, Bocce and United basketball.
