XII-A , XII -B (P.T) AND XII - F PHYSICAL EDUCATION PRACTICAL
Good morning gentlemen, In my last class I have started with the five tasks which you had to practice everyday and specially during your summer vacations . Because after your vacations gets over.We will be going to start with testing you under FIT INDIA. So please do practice it at home everyday and regularly.
1). Suryanamaskar: In this test we will see that in one minute how many times you can perform this asana.

2). Partial curl up: In this test we will record your curl up timing.

3). Flamingo Balance test: In this test how many seconds you can stand still.

4). Paschimottan Asana: This asana is for your flexibility and we will be going to test that in one minute how many times you can do Paschimottan asana.

5). Push -Ups: How many push ups

All the above tasks are very important under "KHELO INDIA" So all of you please do practice it at home everyday .
Boys now a days you are doing your PA1 exam, and along with this you all have to be fit for your exam as well both physically and mentally . So do spend your 5 minutes before or after exam by doing this test.
