Physical Education Practical XII- F

    Date : 22.05.2020  Gentlemen  of class XII-F During this summer vacation you have to complete your Practical file and Project file. 1).  Fitness tests administration for all the items. 2).  Procedure for Aasanas,benefits and contraindication for any two Aasanas for each lifestyle disease. 3).  Procedure for administering Senior citizen Fitness test for 5 elderly family members. 4).  Any one game of your Choice out of the list given  below.   Labelled diagram of field and equipment.(Rules, Terminologies and skills). * Basketball, football, Kabaddi, Kho-Kho,Volleyball, Handball,Hockey, Cricket, and Bocce.(Please use your Practical Book for the same). And you have to prepare one project file for any of the sports you can play and abide by the rules of games.                Thank you             "Have a nice day"

XII-A , XII -B (P.T) AND XII - F PHYSICAL EDUCATION PRACTICAL

Day :5            Date: 15.05.2020 Period:2nd and 4th Good morning gentlemen from today onwards I'm giving you five task which you have to practice for your Physical fitness test under Fit India movements. 1.
